PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

REGULATIONS

    1. Hotel guest is required to present to the employee at the front desk check-in photo document confirming the identity of the Guest. The case of refusal to show document the event of refusal to allow check-in The receptionist has a duty to refuse to acceptance Guest.
    2. Settlement of the total cost of stay shall be the date of commencement of stay,during check-in. Given up dates of your stay will be binding upon for the Guest and Hotel. The Hotel does not return the deposited funds for shortened stays by Guest.
    3. Starting staying at the Hotel, you agree to these rules by the Guest.
    4. The hotel room is rented for the day.
    5. Check-in from 15:00 on the day of rental to 11.00 the  next day.
    6. Wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, guest should reported to the front desk to 9.00 on the closing date of renting the room, which however, does not involve the hotel. The hotel will take into account wish to extend your stay whenever possible.
    7. Stay in the room or leave stuff after 11.00 is treated as an extension of stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 11.00 -The recepcionist will charge a fee for renting a room the next day by the full price.
    8. Tenant Guest room hotel room may not transfer to another person, even if not passed day for which paid a fee.
    9. Throughout their stay in the hotel Children under 13 years must be under constant care and supervision of adults. For the behavior of children, including made damage or injury are responsible the legal guardians of children.
    10. At the all Hotel, including hotel rooms, in accordance with the Law of 8 April 2010 amending the Law on the protection of health against the consequences the use of tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Inspectorate Sanitary (Dz. U. No. 81, item. 529) – are strictly non-smoking and tobacco.
    11. Violation of the ban on smoking and tobacco in a hotel room is equivalent that the Guest agreement to cover dearomatisation room costs PLN 500 and the removal immediately from the Hotel.
    12. At the all area Hotel is monitoring and smoke detectors –unfounded alarm system is activated by the Hotel Guest it will be punished by the amount of PLN 1000 and immediate removal from the Hotel.
    13. The Hotel reserves the right to remove from the area of the hotel Guest are being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as behaving aggressively or vulgar.
    14. There is bound to observe quiet hours from 23.00 to 6.00 day the next.
    15. In the silence of the night, Guests and people using the services of the hotel have requiring such behavior would in no way interfere to stay others person, failure to comply with the foregoing will result in immediate removal from the Hotel.
    16. Guests are fully responsible and legal responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and facilities resulting from hotel his guilt or people visiting him in the amount of 300% of the value of the damaged object or property.
    17. Loss of room key is to pay a financial penalty in the amount of PLN150.
    18. Due to fire safety are prohibited using in rooms and other areas of the Hotel : heaters, ovens and other equipment electrical. The above does not concerns, chargers and power electronics and compute equipment.
    19. Responsibility at the loss of or damage things bring by the Guest to the Hotel will be governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The responsibility of the hotel is restricted, if these things are not submitted deposit reception. The hotel has the right to refuse to store money,securities and valuables, especially valuables and objects having scientific or artistic value, if they threaten security or are too high in relation to the size of hotel standard or take up too much space.
    20. In case of violation of the provisions of this Regulation, the hotel refuses continue to provide services for those who are in breach.     21. Hotel will refuse to accept that the previous visit grossly violated the rules, causing damage to property or the hotel’s guests or damage the person of guests the hotel staff or other people staying at the hotel, or otherwise disturb the peace of the hotel.
